Her eyes grew larger as he spoke of the mother of her species, a being even far beyond her years. She listened intently and had to muffle a slight giggle as he attempted to mimic Lilith. "Now... This part of the story i must ask you never repeat because to do so would change the entirety of our history that started because of that war. Before i continue, you must promise me that."
Anaya nodded, her slightly glowing gaze unwavering. "I promise" she said softly, hope surging that she might finally find a way to fix herself.

Koren could see her expression lighten up and knew he was successful in making her understand he was not one to mistrust. He cleared his throat a bit and nodded when she answered before continuing. "The reason why you no longer have the ability to siphon power as she did was because she made the decision to forgo every bit of her power, and turning back into a human in the process, to shield this plane of existence with a barrier that carried a specific set of rules for all demons that carried powers like hers." He thought about the rules for a moment before continuing again.
"To simplify, These rules effect any demon who crosses to this plane from the Hell plane. The first rule was that no demon will ever carry over the ability to siphon as she did. The second rule said that any demon who were to cross to this plane were given an understanding of compassion and love unbeknownst to them. If their nature continued down the path of destruction, they would not feel that change seeing this world. But if they came over, and could feel even the tiniest of things seeing just the scenery, there would be a chance for redemption, or even reform." He motioned to her some, assuming she was on that path since she refused to use her powers against a human.
"The third, fourth and final rules went into more detail about the succubi and incubi themselves, but the sum up of those rules were simply describing varying ways for you to contract power. So while she was adamant about arguing against me that they were rules, i left them as such. But According to history, and everything that was written, she was slain by an executioner of god. The real truth of her death and life are known only to a small handful of beings. And unfortunately, im the last surviving member of that handful. So now that i have proven i know your species rather well, i do hope you can keep the secret i have given you of your origin. Dont write it down either. We both know the power of the word." He gave a slight nod to her collection of books before smiling.
"Now, onto your specific condition. Have i ever heard of a succubus who loathed touch, surviving? Of course. Because touch is actually not a prominent or specific thing that succubi have to abide by. The use of "Touching" a subject to gain their powers was brought about when Lilith sacrificed her entire life as a demon to stop the proximinant siphoning. But there in the origin is another way. Contract. This is actually a very viable and commonly used practice in modern years as many succubi have become... well... choosy of who they allow to touch them. So this is the second method of power. The third method of power is prone to more the darker side of succubi, which is coming to this plane, luring men into a trap, and then with the use of common portal spells, transporting them to the Hell plane and using a cage of sorts to siphon their very lives."
"With everything that has transpired in the hundreds of years that succubi have been in this plane, these three methods are the most common and sometimes the only options looked at. But..." Koren glanced Anaya over some more before smiling lightly. "There is a fourth method. But in order to use this method, you need someone who understands this planes runic magics. Which is already rare in its own right. Essentially, where the contract method binds you to the person you contract with, soul and all, this method is more or less a non committal contract. And this has become your lucky night, as i know the runic magics needed for this."
Koren stretched a little, as he had been sitting in the same posture for much longer than he had planned, then proceeded on with his explanation. "There are definantly ups and downs to the contract i can make, and it will incur some pain from your side. But i can heal anything done and you will look exactly the same after its done." He looked at her and his eyes burrowed deep into hers as he spoke the last bit he wanted. "Are you willing to follow that pain for a way to live?"

Anaya listened raptly, almost reminiscent of a child hearing some wonderful story. For her it was one she had heard some of, but not all. Like humans, demons tended to leave out parts of their history that didn't suit them or kept the "lesser" beings under control. It was a lot of information to take in and luckily she had always devoured knowledge and spent most of her time learning. She chewed her lip a little bit, nibbling a little on a piece of cheese as she listened to him explain the options for her to feed. She knew most of them of course....she had never had the desire to be in a contract with someone. To give them power over her was almost as revolting of an idea as coming in contact with humans to feed anymore. The third method was common knowledge, she had known others of her kind to use that method. She had no interest to return to hell for any real period of time though. She had grown to love this realm and the depth that came with it; beauty, pain, shadows and moments of pure light and love she had been lucky enough to glimpse in the many years she had wandered the Earth.
The wheels of her mind whirred like a high speed machine, fitting pieces of history she knew with what he told her. This meant...she wasn't broken. There wasn't something wrong with her, it was something Lilith had done to her children. Reform? Did she want to reform? All she knew is she couldn't continue on the way she was. Her despise for being near humans left her weaker and weaker as time grew on and it was only a matter of time she came in contact with a much less friendly nonhuman than Koren. Why was he being so nice to her?
His explanation of the last option instantly drew the air from her lungs. A contract....being bound to someone, even someone who had been as kind and forthright as him, was terrifying. There were so many things that could go horribly wrong, things that she could be forced to do, to be someone's plaything. Her gaze locked onto his as he explained there would be pain but he would heal her. Again he was offering to take care of her, a stranger. It was all almost too coincidental, that he suddenly appeared on a night she was weakest, saved her from the human and now he just so happened to know how to fix her? The fates were not this kind to her, they never had been. She didn't care about pain, she could handle pain. It was everything else that left her mind a jumble and almost panicking. Taking a deep breath, she closed her eyes for a moment and forced everything to a halt. She bit the side of her lip again as she thought and slowly opened her eyes. There were so many things that could go wrong. He could be so much more than what he was showing her, she could be falling into a trap. But if he was being honest with her, which he seemed to be, then she could finally walk through her city with confidence again and not be afraid. If she offended him he might leave, taking her way to live with him.
Another breath, and she opened her eyes as another series of lightning flashes spread across the city. She chose her words carefully, her voice steady and thoughtful. "I am grateful for everything you've told me, and your willingness to help. Please forgive my hesitation but it's been....hard to trust anyone. To have someone I don't even really know anything about suddenly show up and offer to hand me the one thing I've been looking for for...well ages is a bit of a miracle and suspicious at the same time. I don't care about pain. If it means living, I can endure pain but being bound to someone, that is difficult. Especially since I really know very little about you. And I caught something you said in the end there...you said I would look the exact same. Would I no longer be a succubi?"

Koren watched her struggle with what he had said to her and he could see the hesitation written along her face. He understood that it was an amazingly awkward situation and too much aligned to seem to be truthful, but he wanted her to understand that he meant no harm. Before he could say anything, she spoke and he listened intently to everything he already thought about and knew of the whole thing. After hearing what she said, he couldnt help but let a small chuckle loose from his lips at her question. He was quick to shake his head and answer.
"No no no... A slight misunderstanding to what was said. What i meant was that this contract would not change your form, or any part of you. You would remain you, physical, mental, and otherwise. Dependent on the contract itself, some succubi can undergo physical or even mental changes when signing themselves to someone. Hence the horns, wings and tails from your original contract..." He motioned at her individual features as he spoke of them. "As for the contract itself, i must further explain it so you dont feel the way you do now." He stretched lightly in the chair once again before continuing on.
"The fourth method, or non committal contract, doesnt actually bind you to who you make this contract with. The reason why you need someone who is knowledgeable in runic magics is to make a rune of solidarity. The pain comes from making this rune. As for the person you contract with, the rune also acts as a tunnel for the power. You wont take any direct energy from me, nor will you ever siphon what power i have. Instead, you will be given the ability to use my powers as you need. The life saving part of this contract will come in a different form. But that, you will only know about when you have agreed to the contract. All in all, you will have power, without a master, but rather a link. And you will retain all individuality."

Anaya chewed on her lip thoughtfully as she listened to his explanation. She had come across runic magic a little bit in her studies but hadn't delved far into it, being far too focused on an alternate source of feeding. How ironic. She watched him stretch again, a small part of her noticing and appreciating his form again, even looking slightly ridiculous wrapped up in a blanket. She had been so wrapped up in their conversation she forgot he was just sitting there in a freaking blanket. Some succubi she was, but she already knew that. She could definitely appreciate the view a bit though, despite the dire nature of their conversation. Sitting on the chair herself she realized it was definitely not meant for somebody his size to be sitting in for a long period of time. "Here, if we are going to keep talking let's sit somewhere more comfortable" she suggested, snagging the tray of food and leading the way back into the main living room, her steps more graceful than before and padding almost silently.
The main room made her so happy, with its warm tones and the fireplace giving off waves of blessed heat. Folding her wings away and having them disappear she leaned against the massive bookcase and sat on the wide, plush bench that ran along the large grid style windows where rain pounded against them. The bench was wide enough she had fallen asleep there more than once and had plenty of large pillows strewn about. It was obvious she spent a lot of time curled up where she currently was, a soft light shining down on her where she would normally be reading. Folding her legs up crossed in front of her she set the tray down between them and snagged another piece of cheese. "So...I would be back to normal, but not have to feed and would be able to use your powers? Which would be...? I could turn into a wolf? That admittedly would be pretty cool, I haven't even gotten to see one in wolf form before" she commented as she snagged a piece of meat and tossed it up in the air, catching it deftly in her mouth. Chewing for a moment she swallowed and tilted her head a little as she looked at him. "Why would you do this to help me? It seems to just benefit me and you don't even know me.." she trailed off.

Koren had taken a piece of meat and began to chew on it as she suggested to move to another location. He obliged without question as he was feeling a bit stiff from the chair he was in. Standing up, he slowly followed after the rather nimble woman as she tip toed towards a lounge area by the book shelves she had. It was apparent that she was used to this spot much more than others as she had gotten comfortable quickly. He found a spot close enough to reach the snacks without effort.
When she began to question again, he listened to what she had to say and couldnt hold another chuckle. He shook his head a bit as he went on to clarify. "You wouldnt have a direct line to the powers i have but rather the massive pool of energy i control. You would in essence take the energy you would need to cast a certain thing, or use a certain amount of strength, or even any of your magical abilities you possess. Your spells may come out differently depending on how much power you use, as of course, my energy is vastly different from what you use now. But you would have unhindered access to such energy."
He grabbed another piece of meat to chew on before seeing her toss one into the air and catch it rather effortlessly. He smiled some at how relaxed she was. Her remark to never seeing a wolf form made his glance around her loft once more before smiling and shaking his head. "Well, my werewolf form would fit here. But unfortunately, if you want to see my wolf form, this space is too small. We would need to visit my own home for me to show you." He finished the last of the meat in his hand and looked at her again as she questioned once more.
"I may not know you personally.." He said lightly and paused for a moment before continuing. "But one of my friends was the mother of your species. I certainly cant look past one in need of help, no matter how big or small. But remember, while i offer everything you need, you receive nothing until you agree. So, in hindsight, so far, this benefits no one and is simply speculation. But i feel that you may want to dive further into this to understand the truth, now dont you?" It was almost blatantly obvious while he told her his story from before that she was very interested and soaking up the knowledge like a sponge. He could understand the look that radiated from her that she was hungry for the way to live without fear, but also for what he knew. And he felt his smile show again.

"Well, my werewolf form would fit here. But unfortunately, if you want to see my wolf form, this space is too small. We would need to visit my own home for me to show you."
Her eyes widened, traveling quickly over the large space that was her loft. His wolf wouldn't fit here? What was he, a descendant of Fenrir? Pulling her knees up to her chest she wrapped her arms around them, listening to his explanation of why he was choosing to help her. He was right, she wanted to know more and not just for the fact it fixed her problem. She loved learning and nodded at his question of her wanting to learn more. She was content to listen to him speak and explain as she wasn't exactly dying that moment. She pursed her lips for a moment as she thought and tilted her head.
"Of course I want to know more....Lilith, though, what was she like? I only know what I have read and what we are taught as demons, which I'm sure isn't anywhere near true" she asked softly.

Koren could see her reaction to speaking of his wolf form and internally nodded to himself as he figured that would be the understandable reaction to it. When she curled into herself some and lost herself in thought for a bit, he nabbed a small piece of cheese as the plate was now almost empty, and began munching on it. He was close to diving into his own thoughts when she spoke again and asked about Lilith. He gave a light snort and leaning against the back of the bench.
"Well, everything that you more than likely learned is all true. A ruthless killer while under beelz. Capture and torture of the most gruesome sorts against angels and denizens of this plane. Complete lack of compassion or any care for fellow demons who were caught in crossfire. All true. It wasnt until she made permanent residence in this plane, and encountered my clan that she changed. And the reason behind that was that she simply could not kill my clan. Not that she didnt try." He gave a light chuckle. "Oh the nights we had with her raiding. Entertaining to say the least."
"But after her effort was all wasted in attempts to kill, subdue and otherwise eradicate me and my clansmen, she found a sense of peace knowing she could not be pursued while in our care. Which is when she decided to sever her ties to hell, as i told you before. After the death and damnation she inflicted on others, she was a rather troubled woman who actually almost reverted to her completely human self while with us. Anguish, pain, remorse, anything someone who was deeply under spells and influences would not feel, she had tormenting her. Many a night she would cry out from dreadful night terrors, or even cower in a corner in a cold sweat because of the faces she would see in her own vision."
"The only silence and quiet she was able to acquire came from when she was around me and my clans heads. She often found her way into either my home or that of one of the other five, though many nights, it would be my own because of the conversations we would have. You remind me of her in some respect, having a thirst for knowledge outside your own. She spent quite a bit of time with me and the heads while formulating and working thru her issues. So all in all, i would say a very strong, but soft woman who cared more than most about the fate of her species."

Thunder cracked loudly as he finished speaking, making Anaya flinch a little. There was so much more to Lilith than she had ever been told or ever imagined. Her dragonlike pupils flicked in each direction just a hair as her mind clicked at supernatural speed, processing everything and each nuance to his voice. They had certainly been friends at the very least, there was a definite fondness in his tone when he spoke of Lilith. For Lilith the destroyer to not be able to defeat him or his clans....he was no normal wolf. He had offered information, she should take advantage of having such a wealth of information in front of her. She leaned her chin forward on her knees and looked up at him, her face serious as she debated what to ask next. It wasn't just having someone who could teach her so much, she was enjoying his company. "I have so many questions....for Lilith to be unable to defeat you or your clansmen...you're not a normal wolf then? What are you, if you don't mind me asking? And that means there are more like you then if you have a clan." She barely waited a moment before asking another question, her curiosity getting the best of her even though it had occurred to her she should probably be at least a little of afraid of someone who was certainly as powerful as she now knew he was. "Can I see your werewolf form? I don't go around your kind often with the state I've been in, too dangerous. Well, I guess kind of your kind since you are obviously different" she commented, eagerness in her eyes and tone.

Koren's body stayed still down to the muscle when the thunder clapped loudly, not feeling any reaction to it. It was during these times he was most at home, feeling as though he was much calmer and could think much clearer during such times. He watched as she set her head on her knees, and smiled some in amusement that she seemed as though to mull over everything he had said. When she finally asked a question, he wasnt surprised by it. He expected it as he did present her with a history she knew nothing of. "You would be correct in thinking im not a normal wolf. As my clan is neither a creation of Heaven or Hell. The only thing i can answer for now is that. As for more like me... Well... The story will have to be for another time, but no. There is no other like me anymore. At least, not to my understanding."
When she then asked about his werewolf form, he chuckled a bit and shrugged. "Sure." He got up and untied the blanket around his waist, setting it on the bench. "Might as well make sure i dont tear anything." He turned his back to her and looked at the loft before moving to a wider, open spot. Turning back to her, he simply stood there and watched her face. A very vivid pulse of energy surged around him and his body morphed very quickly to a larger frame. Standing at almost eight foot now, his entire body began to shift, muscles and bone structures popping and changing while his fur began to take form. His briefs slowly disappeared to fur, as did his necklace. His muzzle elongated some and soon, he was standing in the same spot, covered head to toe in pitch black fur with deep dull red eyes. After the morphing had stopped, he stretched some and flexed slightly to give his muscles a good tug, making sure everything went well.
"This is the form i use when i meet others like yourself or of the other clans. This is an easier form to communicate in, but it isnt my real form. I just wanted you to understand the comparison, magical and all, to what i am about to show you." Koren once again flexed a little, letting his magical energy flow freely now, which she could understand he was already a few steps above the average clan werewolf in just THIS form. But after that, he looked around the loft again, making sure there was enough room. He stepped to a spot with some more room to offer, and once again stood still.
This time, the pulse of energy that resonated from him wasnt harsh. Instead, it was very soothing and warm, with almost a forest green vibrant hue to it. To normal creatures of the night, the amount of energy alone would put them on their knees in nausea induced fear. Even to the older creatures, the energy would still feel sickening to some extent. But only for the time he morphed. His stature changed considerably, his size shooting from eight foot to almost a staggering twelve and a half feet. His fur shortened enough to show much more definition to his muscles, which had also grown. The color also changed, his black fur brightening to a dull silver and gold. The tip of his tail was a dull gold with an assortment of runic symbols around it. His paws, both hind and front, traced with black runic symbols along the bones and palms. His muzzle was a dull gold and now, in his true form, a large noticeable scar could be seen traced along his face, much in the same way his necklace piece was.
After the morphing had completed, the energy that was once suffocating the room had dissipated. There he stood, staring at her reaction as he slowly stretched and once again flexed some to adjust his muscles. With each twitch of his muscles, a massive wave of energy cascaded across the entire building, and flowed out several hundred feet. He knew doing as such would alert many creatures of the night to his presence, but he also knew no one would be sane enough to attempt even talking to someone who towers above them like a mountain. "And this... Even if i never use it in cities... As i imagine you can feel... Is my true self. At least in lycan form." He stretched a little more, trying to limit how much he flexed, while still trying to work any kinks out of his body. It had been too long since he took his real form. The only down side to it all, was he had no coverings of any kind in this form. So he came to the conclusion to simply show everything he was, even if it made her uncomfortable a bit.

"You would be correct in thinking im not a normal wolf. As my clan is neither a creation of Heaven or Hell. The only thing i can answer for now is that. As for more like me... Well... The story will have to be for another time, but no. There is no other like me anymore. At least, not to my understanding."
She tilted her head as if to say 'ok' and shifted to sitting cross legged and watched him take off the towel before walking away from her. When he took off the towel she studiously tried not to look at him, not wanting to be rude but as he walked away she tilted her head and watched in appreciation, observing the muscles moving smoothly under skin. When he turned back to look at her, Amara's eyes widened in an attempt at an innocent expression (entirely too difficult in her true form) and she smiled cheekily. The grin quickly dissolved into an expression of awe and concern as his form grew. The snaps and pops of joints sounded painful to her but he didn't seem to suffer any additional pain from it. As he rolled his muscles a little she leaned and tilted her head, trying to observe this form from different angles and committing it to memory as it had been a very long time since she had actually seen a were in their lycan form.
She nodded at his words and tilted her head quizzically as he stepped to the side a little more. The rush of power that washed over made her light headed and only slightly sick as her energy starved form tried valiantly to try and absorb it. Largely unsuccessful she looked up, her eyes huge as she struggled to comprehend the sheer amount of power that he exuded as he grew. She scrambled backwards a little, her back against the cold glass as he changed until he stood almost as tall as her loft in front of her. She took in his different colored fur and runes, her eyes moving quickly over his massive paws in front of her. She of course couldn't read the runes but she tried to commit them to memory. Eyes moving up she noted the massive amount of muscle that came with this form and the shorter hair. A little higher and she suddenly distinctly looked in another direction. Everything, EVERYTHING was on display and despite the fact that it was about level with her head it was probably HIGHLY impolite to stare at his loin region. 'Don't look at it, don't look at it...kinda hard when everything else is well, above it and I have to look UP' she thought somewhat frantically. 'Duh, wings you idiot' she thought again, shifting off the bench and launching herself up easily as her wings unfolded gracefully behind her.
A few pushes of her powerful wings and she circled around him as she moved up, admiring his true form and the colors what went with it along with all the runes. By his hand she ran her fingertips across the runes there before moving up more until she was level with his head. She took another quick circle around him as she touched the edge of one of his ears with her fingertips, admiring the coloring again and fascinated with this incredible creature in front of her. Finally stopping in front of his face she touched the scar across his muzzle gently, concern written clearly across her face. After a few more moments she moved back to right in front of his face, leaning her arms on his nose but not putting any weight on it as she looked into his eyes and maintained her height with gentle pushes of her wings. "holy shit and I thought I was short before" she commented dryly, her eyes sparkling with playfulness. "You really are incredible, I've never even heard of someone like you existing, aside from the original Norse Wolf" she finished with an eager smile.

Noticing her quick distraction and looking another way, he couldnt help but feel a little embarrassment. Soon, however, that changed when she started to fly around him, examining his form. He kept calm and let her fly around, looking at and studying all she could. It was a good learning experience for her and the more she knew about him, the more she would be comfortable around him. Feeling her fingers running along his hand where his runes were, he simply kept still for her to look at, his eyes always following her as she moved around. When he saw her move to in front of his muzzle, her hand touching his scar elicited concern from her. But he simply smiled a bit of a toothy smile to her to show that it wasnt at all concerning.
Hearing her speak, he listened and looked at her as she made some comments. A low, guttural rumbling emitted from his stomach and traveled up his chest before he spoke, his voice much deeper than before. "Your not that short. Rather, im just extraordinarily tall. The Norse wolven tribe were fellow brothers to my own tribe, and yes, they were tall. But unfortunately for them, not as tall as my clan. My clan was the original, the beginning. At least... To my line. The werewolves of today are spawns of hell that Beelz vehemently attempted to recreate to combat our clans. The Kitsune, or Fox demons, were another failed attempt. But instead of them being of Beelz, it was a failed attempt from the angels. So while there are many different forms of were's, they are all derivative of heaven and hell. My clan, and five other clans that came to be soon after my own, were of another entity entirely. But that should be enough on that backstory for now."

She actually made him laugh. A large grin flashed bright white as she heard the rumble she had come to recognize as him chuckling. His explanation that he was just extraordinarily tall was met with a chuckle of her own and an expression that clearly said "you're not wrong". Of course he would be related to the Norse wolf. Though she knew him as a demigod, not as one of a family she had met the one the humans called Fenrir. She hadn't been powerful enough to help him from his prison, something she regretted deeply. His explanation of the rest of the werewolves and kitsune made sense. Heaven and hell probably couldn't stand that there were extraordinarily strong beings that neither of them created. All either side cared about was weapons. He distinctly shut down any more questions on the subject and she nodded as she moved backwards away from him just a little.
As she moved away from him her adrenaline wore off from seeing him shift and she remembered quite quickly how tired she was. With another strong push of her wings she glided over to the ladder, snagging the top railing as her strength gave out again and pulling herself up to sit on the edge of the ladder where it met the upper floor and look at him with a slightly embarrassed smile. Here he was this ultra powerful being and she couldn't even fly for more than a couple minutes. How annoying. "So, is it more comfortable for you to hold this form than a human one, kind of like me and this one?" she asked, gesturing vaguely to herself.

After she had backed away a little, he watched as she was dwindling in strength from the flying. He felt a ping of regret that she wouldnt accept the deal right away as she was in desperate need of it, but understood the hesitation. when her strength finally gave and she caught herself on the ladder, he was about to help her up when she pulled herself up. He heard her question and saw her gesture before shaking his head.
"While being in this form is more comfortable for me, its rather cumbersome in smaller places..." He gestured around him. "And as you felt, it is also essentially a beacon to me. This is why my clan kept to the deep woods and secluded areas. We didnt want to broadcast our magic. Its actually harder and more costly to hide ourselves than it is to just be." He stretched one last time, before a low rumbling came from his gut rang out. He grumbled and groaned a bit as he shrank back down, his bones and stature once again changing to fit his form and soon enough, he was once again in his human form. "But to answer your question simply, Our forms actually dont consume magic like others do. My forms are all literal extensions of my being. So they are all comfortable and maintainable for me."
He smiled lightly up at her, watching where she was sitting. He found it oddly enjoyable to be around her, and he hadnt felt that way since his time with lilith. He chalked it up to he being very similar to lilith in many ways and it simply reminded him of times he spent with her. He stared at her a moment longer before looking back at the blanket and moving toward it. He didnt want to keep having her feel weird for seeing him.

Anaya watched him shrink back down and mulled over his explanation. As a succubi she could shift her appearance how she needed to, but something to that extent...she couldn't manage the height at all and a lycan type form would take immense amounts of energy to maintain and it would never fool the real thing. Shifting back down into his human form seemed uncomfortable, despite what he said and she leaned forward as she watched him. He was a fascinating being; kind, powerful and a quietness about him. She watched him move towards the blanket and she tilted her head, wondering if he was uncomfortable or was trying to put her at ease. It wasn't that she didn't like looking at him after all, she was just attempting to be polite to someone who was literally willing to save her life. She was literally a starving succubus in a room with a strong, attractive individual she would have to be literally dying to ignore the view and was pretty sure he had no idea how much she was trying to behave herself.
She shifted to slide down the ladder, landing with a barely perceptible thump. Despite really not being able to dance, she was still fairly light on her feet and made little sound when she moved. Settling back into her spot on the bench she folded one leg up in front of her and rested her arm across it. She had other questions of course, but felt like she was almost interrogating him and that simply wouldn't do. Looking towards the kitchen she remembered a very special bottle she had there. Beings of their ages usually either avoided drinking or drank entirely too much. Those were the ones who couldn't handle immortality. Rising to her feet she stretched a little, arching her back backwards with her hands above her head. "If we are going to keep talking, would you like a drink? I have a bottle of aether wine that I was given a long time ago I have yet to open" she asked with a soft smile.
