Sidian nodded at him, her hair falling into her face a bit. She pushed it back, revealing the three piercings in her ear, all little sparkling hoops overlapping each other.
"Yeah, I prefer my whiskey straight up, or with a chaser. I really like the carribean kiss though. The edge of the glass is dipped in kahlua, then in brown sugar. Cream, amaretto, and dark rum are mixed with ice, and then topped with some cinnamon. It's really, really delicious" she said with a grin.
She blushed at his compliment of her voice, brushing her hand through her hair. Quickly, she tossed the whiskey back, inhaling sharply and shaking her head for a moment before flashing a grin at him as she walked back to the stage. She murmured her song to Trace, who nodded with a grin.
The cheers started as soon as she set foot on the stage, her green eyes shining. She joked with regulars near the stage, telling them to just shut up. The entire bar turned to watch her, including Randy, who leaned on the bartop.
Mississippi in the middle of a dry spell
Jimmy Rogers on the Victrola up high
Mama's dancin' with baby on her shoulder
The sun is settin' like molasses in the sky
The boy could sing, knew how to move, everything
Always wanting more, he'd leave you longing for
Black velvet and that little boy's smile
Black velvet with that slow southern style
A new religion that'll bring ya to your knees
Black velvet if you please
Up in Memphis the music's like a heatwave
White lightening, bound to drive you wild
Mama's baby's in the heart of every school girl
"Love me tender" leaves 'em cryin' in the aisle
The way he moved, it was a sin, so sweet and true
Always wanting more, he'd leave you longing for
Black velvet and that little boy's smile
Black velvet with that slow southern style
A new religion that'll bring ya to your knees
Black velvet if you please
Every word of every song that he sang was for you
In a flash he was gone, it happened so soon, what could you do?
Sidian's voice was black velvet in and of itself, silky smooth and sexy as hell. Her hips swung slightly as she sang, her gaze smoldering, yet almost slumberous. The regulars leaned forward, almost seeming like they were in a trance.

As Sidian finished and the music wound down, the cheers started uproarously, making her turn red as all hell. Loudly, they called for an encore, and she stuck her tongue out at them, a grin on her face. Quickly, she made her way back to the bar, through the new guys to the bar all trying to get her attention. She promised some other time for an encore to the regulars, a dazzling smile on her face, her eyes shining.
Gracefully, she sat on the barstool, picking up her frosted glass, with its cocoa colored rim, taking a sip.
"Aah, now that's wonderful" she said with a dazzling grin directed at Egil.
